Making Of Ethical Sneaker, Part 2

Cutting Canvas

In the second part of our mini series you can see how the cotton canvas is cut into the pieces that will later form your Ethletic sneaker.

The name of the factory where our sneakers are produced is “Talon Sports”. Years ago, we opened a “Welfare Society” for the people who work there. In case you want to learn more about our social projects and how they are financed, click here.

This video series is part of the campaigns around the Fashion Revolution Day. On April 24 three years ago, at least 1,138 people are known to have died in the Rana Plaza tragedy, the worst in the history of Bangladesh. More than 2,000 people were injured when the textile factory collapsed.

Ethletic relies on fair trade and humane working conditions. This is of major importance for us, it is at the core of our brand. You can count on that. Absolutely.
