SHIPPING

Costs

We ship within Germany, throughout the EU, to Switzerland, and the UK.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and the value of the goods.

• Shipping costs – DE: 4.90 €
• Shipping costs – EU: 12.90 €
• Shipping costs – Switzerland: 17.40 € (For goods valued between 22 € and 150 €, shipments are duty-free but not exempt from import VAT.)
• Shipping costs – UK: 12.70 € (Please note that customs duties and import VAT may apply to shipments to the UK, which must be borne by the recipient.)

If the value of the goods falls below the free shipping threshold after a return, shipping costs will be charged retroactively and deducted from the refund.

Duration

Shipping within Germany takes 2–4 business days. Within Europe, as well as to Switzerland and the UK, a shipping duration of at least 5 business days can be expected.

RETURNS

Goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you are located outside the EU (Switzerland or UK), please fill out the CN 23 form to ensure customs clearance for the return.

The customer bears the costs for returns.

In case of a complaint, please contact our customer service at service@ethletic.com.

Please note the following for returns:

• Please include the completed return form.
• Do not stick labels on or write on the shoebox. Please wrap the box in paper (preferably newspaper) so that we can reuse it.
• Please only return shoes that have been worn exclusively indoors. Returns can only be accepted if the goods show no signs of wear.
• For the sake of the environment, we ask you to avoid unnecessary returns. Every return means a great effort for our small team, and additional transport routes burden our planet.

Once the return has been received by our service partner, the refund will be initiated. Return shipping, goods inspection, and refund can take up to 2 weeks.
