Note: Should the value of your order fall below the free shipping threshold after a return, shipping costs will be retroactively calculated and deducted from your refund.

Fill out the return form

Download the return form, fill it out, and include it in your package.

Pack the shoes

Wrap the box in newspaper – do not tape or write directly on the original shoebox so that we can reuse it.

CH & UK: Customs form

From Switzerland or the UK? Please fill out the CN 23 customs form and attach it to the outside of the parcel.

Ship insured

Send the return back insured within 30 days to our return address. The customer bears the costs.

Important return conditions

  • Only shoes without signs of wear are accepted
  • Try on indoors only
  • Include the original packaging
  • Wrap the box in paper, do not tape it
  • Do not send returns back freight collect

Refund

  • Refunds within up to 2 weeks of receiving the return
  • Refund issued to the original payment method
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • In case of partial returns, shipping costs may be recalculated
